Define last modification on userID

If you need to identify when was last changes on User in Active Directory. Run PowerShell PowerShell Management of Active Directory from Start button.

OR run: %windir%\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe -noexit -command import-module ActiveDirectory
Then you can copy/paste command and change userid to your end user identification id

PS C:\Users\nick.korkishko> Get-ADUser userid -Properties WhenChanged

Result:
